Anyone got any recommendations on a good Bittorrent client? I suppose it's probably time I attempted to work out how this works.

Anyone got any recommendations on a good Bittorrent client? I suppose it's probably time I attempted to work out how this works. I'd recommend using a lightweight client such as µtorrent or Deluge (a µtorrent clone). Also bear in mind that some widespread clients contain spyware or adware. Windows: µtorrent ( www.utorrent.com/) Linux/Windows: Deluge ( deluge-torrent.org/) Overview about bittorrent clients: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_BitTorrent_clients

Right, utorrent seems to be working ok with a minimum of effort. I like. I've signed up for Dime (first attempt) and Traders Den. Any other recommendations?
Grabbed the Minneapolis show from Traders Den and the 11th Jan Tokyo show from Dime. Anything else I should be looking out for?
Do I need any additional security software? Any nice utorrent features I should be aware of?

press ctrl+g to open the speed guide, and click 'test if port it forwarded properly'
best way to keep your ratio is to download brand new torrents - it's the best way to quarantee having leechers... or else upload something...
