to be fair to the band, 200 is quite a lot of signing... and it looks like they quickly done another 200, so nice one chaps.

I'm not sure whether I've misread this, but I think each of the 1000 boxes contains something signed (a poster?) and the online edition includes a second signed item, in this case a poster. I seem to remember reading a Tweet from Stuart saying he'd just finished signing 1000 of something for Special Moves.

I assume I missed out on a mailshot a couple of days ago from the band. That would account for 200 boxsets being snapped up that quickly. Can anyone confirm that? Typical if it was the case - I'd been on that mailing list for 10 years and got about 2 emails. there was an email last week, yes. I seem to get them hours after they've apparently been sent, for some reason. I don't know whether the mailout was sent around the time the pre-order started, but I didn't get it until Friday.

Well it does say that the set includes a signed poster and then it says the first 200 (now 400) preorders will recieve a signed poster so I can only assume that the first 400 orders will include 2 (hopefully different) signed posters. I suspect however that there is only one poster and it will be removed once the 400 are sold. I'm still hoping for rolled in a tube over folded - it would maybe account for the hefty delivery charge - it'd be nice to have a signed poster to frame. I wish I'd framed my old signed CODY poster. It's quite tatty now. Can I just say how pleased I am that there is a 720p version of the film. The Vincent Moon stuff looks lovely in HD. It would have been nice for everyone to get the 480p iPod compatible one too though. For watching on the bus like. I'm sure a few people would appreciate that but wouldn't spend another £8.99 on top of the £48 for the box.

What happened to the usb idea? now we're getting a poster and a patch? Maybe i'll sew the patch onto my denim cut-off while raising the horns. Anyone else feel a bit let dow by this? mark the USB stick was going to make the box set very expensive and since it would have contained the audience recordings which are freely available online we dcided against it. SB has an audience recording of the missing night surfaced? i thought nyctaper.com only had the 2 nights available, or is that it?

I have to say, I'm finding £24 to be a pretty off-putting price tag for the physical set Glad the band are seeing healthy demand, but I think I'll be holding back for now...

Not as far as I'm aware. nyctaper has the second and third nights, as you say. I've never come across another recording of any of the three shows beyond those two nyc taper sets.

I probably shouldn't be giving advice like this but you can pretty easily rip dvds with handbrake and watch them on an ipod. The poster is folded i'm afraid.SB

The signed box sets are limited to 1400. There will be some more made as demand has been far greater then expected though obviously they won't stay in print infinitely. SB

i couldn't justify the deluxe set. don't have a record player, and no need for a poster - the t-shirt looks nice, but the price was just too steep, so went for the cd/dvd version.

very late to the party, but does the deluxe package include anything signed? It says the 1st 400 in the US but I am assuming that is sold out. If anyone can help with this I would greatly appreciate it.
would pay $100 for the poster alone.
Cheers

Does anyone know if the Burning deluxe box set includes any autographed item? The website selling it had no idea.
Thank so much.
