You'd hope so! They've listed 'Hawk...' down on CD/DVD for the same price. Unless there's something unusually rare about them

It's available on amazon for £11.24. I'm going to guess the vinyl has been reissued given this was going for £40+ a just last year. Can anyone confirm?

It doesn't appear to be a reissue, I've checked the bigger retail outlets such as Rough Trade & Piccadilly Records and they don't list it at all. It does seem strange that there are a couple of ebayers with it and with multiple copies as well....As Nick said maybe a box has been discovered somewhere?

Very odd. The one linked to was through amazon direct too but has disappeared (no doubt nabbed by one of you guys!) but I grabbed a marketplace copy for £14.50 delivered. I've actually had this release as a search on ebay for the last few years and they don't come often plus they go for over £40 usually.
If this was a reissue I'm sure it would've been announced so I wonder where these new copies came from...

More popped up on amazon for £11.24 so I cancelled the marketplace order and reordered. Can the first person to get theirs confirm they are the same edition?

Spine cat no's on right hand side are
PIASX067DLP 940 0067 012
I hope this might clear up the mystery, seems very odd if this is a reissue that none of the normal retail outlets are stocking it.

PIAS is the international label of Mogwai.

So this is the only vinyl issued? Seems this is the original stock then.

If you check out the discogs page and opt for "buy Vinyl" the first seller says "Factory sealed - 2013 repress. strange that it's had no publicity given that the band have recently played dates performing it and that there were no vinyl copies on sale at the gigs?

Is there any way to tell the difference between 2006 and 2013 pressings?

So Happy Songs has been repressed too? Are repressings generally identical in every way to the original? Is there a difference between a repressing and a reissue?

Please don't quote me on this but both a repress and reissue should be identical to the original provided they use the original stampers at the pressing plant and that they're pressing on the same quality vinyl i.e 180grams
remasters on the other hand are obviously tampered with at the mixing stage and then pressed
Like I say I'm no expert (just ask my wife) but the only potential change maybe be in sleeves and will definitely be in catalogue numbers

I can definitely vouch for the seller. Received today in Texas... Happy Songs and Mr Beast vinyl, unopened, and in excellent condition!
According to the packaging and liner notes, no indication of any changes. the only dates are 2003 and 2006, respectively. If there's any difference to the originals, I can't tell (except maybe the catalog # like stated before, but I wouldn't know)
Very very cool!
