Four song set plus interview. www.youngteam.co.uk/brightlight/eng/gig241117a.phpIf the KEXP archive stream is to be believed, something went wrong at the start of Every Country's Sun and a backup announcement kicked in, meaning the song is rejoined in progress.

Has anyone seen images around for gig posters for this North American tour? I've added the San Francisco and Portland posters to the gigog, but can't find posters for San Diego, Los Angeles or Seattle.

Looks like the Jackson Hole show was....underattended? 100-125 people? Now that's a Mogwai show I'd love to have been at!

They continue to change up the set opener regularly which is pretty cool. It's traditionally been the latest album opener track for years. Last four gigs have seen Hunted as opener. I'm not sure they have gone as many gig straight on this tour with the same opener.
Excited for Montreal this Wednesday. Different venue than the previous few outings. Slightly smaller perhaps, but still a theatre style room with balcony.
Although they play it nearly every gig, I'm really hoping for Jim Morrison. It's become a live favourite of mine, and I just love the waves of haze.
It's my good friend's first time seeing them as well, so I'm excited to hear his views on it all afterward.
Any fellow board members attending Montreal?

Really hoping for Christmas Steps at the hydro (or Christmas Song, that would be amazing)

Superb show in Montreal last night! My friend's and I all agreed that it was probably the best executed and best sounding gig of theirs we've seen. As soon as Hunted ended as opener, I turned to my friend and exclaimed that that was the best performance of that tune I'd yet seen (and I've seen it at more gigs than not over the years). Thankfully the night continued on that path!
The band seemed to be in great spirits, and played as such.
Cat and Alex are both doing fantastic and commendable jobs, and really contributed to the confidence of the performance.
I was quite happy with the song selection, even if I didn't get my beloved Jim Morrison and Helicon 1. It's probably a rarer night to not hear those songs, really!
I hadn't heard Ithica or Fear Satan in several gigs, so they were welcomed. Fear Satan featured an ambient drone outro by Stuart and Alex which was new to me.
Old Poisons is ferocious, and seems like a tonne of fun to play!
Cody was absolutely beautiful. Very interesting to see how that tune continues to evolve. Stuart seems very at ease and well poised with his vocal delivery, and held the audience hanging on each line.
Am still processing it all, but just feel that it was a really refreshing performance. Not that I had ever felt things were stale per se, but there seems to be a new fire and confidence in their performance. We are very lucky indeed to be able to see a band continue to raise the bar for themselves and their audience this deep into a career.

Wow thatâs tiny! Barry apologised on twitter for a âbottle crashâ (?!) - what went wrong? Erm........ Just say the night was not error free....... Am not one for grassing but lets just allege that Stuart cocked up the intro to "Brain Sweeties" 4 times at one point..... They were a few errors thru the night, but to be honest it just adding to the show as it gave both the small crowd and band a bit of a laugh..... Interesting that the only track missing from tonight's radio broadcast appears to be Brain Sweeties.

If memory serves, the broadcast aired on Nov. 24, 2017 at 12pm. So, you'd have to select that date and time via the date-picker in the "date and time" tab. Otherwise, I'm sure that Rob could help you out,

Ta!

Party In The Dark played twice last night in Boston, due to sound issues forcing the band off stage after three songs.

Quay Sessions TV broadcast: Crossing The Road Material / Party In The Dark / Mogwai Fear Satan / Old Poisons Brain Sweeties makes the cut for the webcast 'full set' version. Live versions of this song are infinitely better than the recorded version. As does 2 Rights, which was missing from the radio broadcast on Thursday.

I've been checking back on kexp.org since the performance aired, and their archive has been offline for the past couple of weeks due to technical issues. Hopefully the performance stays up for the usual amount of time once the issues are resolved.

I was at the nyc show last night and the band was in rare form and looked to be having a great time laughing quite a bit. Not sure the crowd picked up on Barry âfixingâ Doms pedal during Rano, which was funny and Barry and Stuart threatening each otherâs peddles during the song thereafter. It also looked like Barry was laughing at Alex throughout most of the show!
Stuart also apparently spilled his drink on his pedalboard during one song.
I would also add that Cat is quite impressive behind the kit! My wife was digging her style and she really blew me away with Remurdered! All in all great show. I took some pictures that Iâll filter through and see if any came out decently.
Edit: does anyone on here know if there were posters available? I was really hoping to finally find one from a show I attended but the netch stand didnât have any that I saw. Iâd buy it online if available.
