I'm really digging this! It's not as orchestral and bombastic as "Hate", but it's still damn good.

Nice pick there Iain!!! That's one of my favorite 'hard rock' albums ever. Definitely one of the strongest, all-around most consistent albums I own. Brilliant.
And while "White Pony" by Deftones (the afore mentioned greatest album of all time) is pretty damn great, I'd pick "Angel Dust" over it every single time.

i'm back at work on monday after a lovely month off so until then i play something that'll somewhat cure my anxiety (whatever that means). "olsen olsen" has to be one of the beautiful songs ever.

on the way to work this morning, i listened to the '99 lamacq session and the '97 hobbs session - the forthcoming bbc sessions have got me very excited. then at lunch i'm gunna listen to the Pixies Amsterdam gig from a couple of months ago. then when i get home, i think i'll put on: cause it's damn good!

today's choices: Disco Inferno - D.I. Go Popshame DI chose to split when they did - they had real potential. DI Go Pop is a great record.

DISCO INFERNO: Technicolour, released after they split, is equally as good as D.I. Go Pop. The singles Second Language and The Last Dance are just as essential.
I haven't heard anything from Ian Crause since the Elemental single a couple of years back.
