hi, thanks for asking! errors have a 5 track EP out on 20/02/06, there's another couple of bits and pieces on the way as well; a video for 'terror tricks' which has been made by the band themselves and will be ready in the not to distant future, the rough edit i saw last week looks fantastic. also they're working on a couple of remix projects as well...which you'll no doubt hear about in due course.
to answer your question, ideally we'd hope for the album to appear sometime around late summer next year...it really all depends on how sessions with the band go.
thanks again, craig

I saw the 2 videos on MTV2 last night -- really good (I don't watch much MTV unless I'm up late ready for the following nightshift) "Terror Tricks" was a better video, and is a better song than "Hans Hermann"

Any progress on the album? Also, I don't want to sound rude, and I'm a big fan of Errors. I've travelled an awful lot to see them when possible, but I thought last time I saw them (EP launch at Stereo) they were a lot less remarkable than on previous occasions, as a result of the live drummer. Anyone else think this? I think they're playing at Caberet Voltaire on Thursday night too so pop along if you can

hi, guilford to glasgow! thats a fair distance to travel! the band are working on writing and rehearsing new material for the album at the moment. there should be a new single out in the summer and they'll hopefully be touring to support it as well.
yes they are playing in edinburgh on thursday night, it's at the 'spies in the wires' club at cabaret voltaire and they're joined by pro-forma and juan maclean (dj set)...

That's good news about the album.
Luckily I'm at Uni in Leeds most of the time, and my girlfriend lives in Edinburgh so it's not too much of a chore. I have done the Guildford - Glasgow trip for Mogwai a couple of times though...
