Just noticed there's no Los Angeles date amongst that lot. Odd.
More than 60 shows already announced for this year.

More importantly: No Irish dates, which I'm really hoping doesn't end up being a sole festival set.

More importantly: No Irish dates, which I'm really hoping doesn't end up being a sole festival set. Yep, if anyone's holding out on booking for next week's UK dates, thinking there might be more shows in different cities in the autumn, the touring pattern for Hardcore would suggest it's this lot and then just festivals. It was great to have several shows I could get to back in Feb 2011 but I fear it's not going to happen this time around.

Hello Guys, will tomorrow's bbc show be streamed through internet? Marco Looks like it. www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b03q8nfcStill sore that two of us failed in our attempt to score a couple of tickets for this through the beeb site. B'stards. So much for me paying my licence fee...

I guess full UK tours just don't make financial sense any more and the band now have families/kids etc and so touring toilet venues of the UK isn't attractive.

We'll just have to hope that the 2015 20th anniversary tour takes in all the towns they were playing 20 years back. It's a mystery to me why they've never been back to Aberystwyth.

Looking forward to this, and the session for Marc Riley on BBC6 on Thursday

Yeah that might be the case. Bit ropey still with matching the songs and names with the new album!

I'm surprised for "Travel"! Ithica and ex cowboy...wow! The same set list could was perfect with "Satan" or "Jewish song" in the end. I would like to see "Like Herod" or "Satan" ever put in setlist.

Interesting set list. Nothing from Young Team, Rock Action or Happy Songs... We've got to the point where they have so much back catalogue to choose from that the absence of multiple albums from the setlist is inevitable. I wonder we'll ever see anything from THIH other than Jim Morrison and Batcat again? They haven't played anything else from that album since the tour finished in 2009. How many tracks from Hardcore will have survived the inevitable cull? Will any of the b-sides from the new album get an airing?

Will any of the b-sides from the new album get an airing? How many tracks from Hardcore will have survived the inevitable cull? 1 or 2 for each show.... i choose from the following: White Noise, Death Rays or You're Lionel Ritchie... i don't like mexican grand prix and rano pano very much Will any of the b-sides from the new album get an airing? No (i hope), there are a ton of amazing old song better then new b-sides.

I think the chances of Death Rays and You're Lionel Richie having survived into this year are pretty slim. Lionel Richie didn't make it past Jan 2012. White Noise, Rano Pano, MGP, Werewolf have already been played. I wouldn't be surprised to see San Pedro pop up but nothing more.
I'd like to see some of the new b-sides/bonus tracks played. Last time out, Hasenheide was a great addition to the set.

Really looking forward to next Friday now. Assume I won't be the only person from here with a front row seat? If I can't find my BL badge, look out for a big bearded bloke in a green jacket and a Blur are shite t-shirt, and say Hi. [/quote] Blur t-shirt must be at the girlfriend's - so it'll be Chemikal Underground
